Refund policy

We want every gift from Faith and Father to be the right one. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Our products ship from several warehouses, and returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Returning a Gift

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, contact us with the order number. We can issue store credit to you so the purchaser isn't notified.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
